Ticketing Issues and FAQ

I've purchased a ticket, but still haven't received it through e-mail.

It can take a few minutes for e-mails to be delivered. Also, they can sometimes be mistakenly labeled as "junk mail". Please check your Junk/Bulk Mail folder to see if your tickets are there.

I've purchased a ticket using eCheck, and still haven't received the ticket through e-mail.

eCheck, unlike credit card and PayPal payments, take about 6-8 business days to process. Tickets will be issued as soon as it is processed and we receive the payment. Due to this delay, we recommending using instant payment methods (such as credit card).

If you still wish to use eCheck to purchase tickets, we recommend doing so at least 10 business days before the event date.

Can I just use the PayPal receipt as my ticket?

Sorry, no. You must bring the Canada Open 2011 ticket along with you. A PayPal receipt cannot be used as a replacement for the actual ticket.
